I've been sprinting through these days that are full and fun and productive...but mostly full. When I finally let myself be still for a minute (or even a few!), it hits me. Oh, hello. I'm actually not self-sufficient at all. Whatever I may start to believe as I am buoyed through the day on various highs of people, interactions, and tasks, I need the Lord desperately. He is truly all that sustains my life. Praying for a day of goodness in which I neither hurry nor rest nor forget this truth.
